To those who remember why Christmas is special to us
Before we buy gifts and make a holiday fuss
We celebrate our Savior's birth
Because we know why he came to earth

When Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, behold,
There came wise men from the east. Saying,
Where is he that is born the King of Jews?
For seeing the light of his star shining in the east, they desired to worship him.
And lo, the star which they saw in the east, went before them till
It came and stood over where the young child was.
